This Payment Policy outlines how transactions are processed at City Store Vintage and the measures we take to ensure your financial information remains secure.
1. Secure Checkout & Payments
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. All transactions on our website are conducted in Euros (€). Before finalizing your order, the checkout page will clearly display the total cost, which includes:
- Product Price: The cost of the items selected.
- Shipping Fees: Free Shipping over €75. A flat rate of €5.90 applies to orders under €75.
- Taxes: All prices include VAT (BE 0899.448.039) as per Belgian regulations.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We partner with Stripe, a global leader in payment processing, to provide a secure and flexible checkout experience. We exclusively accept online payments via:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and Discover.
- Digital Wallets: Secure card-based digital payments processed through Stripe.
Note: We do not offer Cash on Delivery (CoD) or bank transfer payments at this time.
3. Transaction Security (SSL Encryption)
Your security is our top priority.
- Encryption: Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt your data during transmission.
- Data Storage: City Store Vintage does not store or have access to your full credit card details. All information is handled by Stripe’s PCI-compliant servers.
- Fraud Prevention: We perform security checks to protect our customers and prevent unauthorized transactions.
4. Order Confirmation & Processing
Once your payment is successfully authorized:
- You will receive an automated Order Confirmation Email containing your transaction summary.
- Order Cut-Off: Our daily cut-off time is 5:30 PM (Brussels Time / CET).
- Processing: Orders placed before 5:30 PM (Mon–Sun) are typically processed the same day.
If there is any issue verifying your payment information, our team will contact you before the order is dispatched.
