City Store Vintage specializes in authentic second-hand and vintage clothing.
Condition: Customers acknowledge that vintage items may show signs of wear. We document all significant flaws in product descriptions and photos.
Authenticity: We are independent resellers and are not officially connected with the brands we sell.
3. Payments
We process all payments securely via Stripe (supporting Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and Discover). Your financial data is encrypted and handled externally for maximum security.

Customers have 14 days from delivery to return an item. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of City Store Vintage receiving the returned item. Please refer to our full Returns & Refund Policy for detailed instructions.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the competent courts of RPR Bruxelles.
