2. Vintage & Used Item Disclaimer City Store Vintage specializes in authentic second-hand and vintage clothing.
Condition: Customers acknowledge that vintage items may show signs of wear. We document all significant flaws in product descriptions.
Authenticity: We are independent resellers and are not officially connected with the brands we sell.
3. Payments We process all payments securely via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and Discover).
4. Shipping and Delivery
Cost: Free Tracked Shipping within Belgium.
Handling: Orders are prepared 7 days a week (Monday – Sunday).
Cut-off Time: Our daily order cut-off is 5:30 PM (CET).
5. Returns and Refunds You have 14 days to return an item. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return. See our full Returns Policy for details.
6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of RPR Bruxelles.
