Returns & Refund Policy

At City Store Vintage, we want you to be thrilled with your unique find. Because we specialize in authentic vintage from the 80s and 90s, we understand that fit and character are essential. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we are here to support you.

1. Your Right to Return (14-Day Window)

In accordance with Belgian and EU Consumer Law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period.

  • Notification: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return.

  • Return Period: Once you have notified us, you must send the item back to our boutique within 14 days.

2. Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original “as-sold” condition:

  • Usage: Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when purchased.

  • Tags: All original City Store Vintage store tags must remain attached.

  • Vintage Note: Our items are carefully inspected. Any pre-existing vintage character or minor wear is documented in our product descriptions and photos; these are characteristics of vintage fashion and are not considered defects.

3. Return Methods

  • By Post: Email us at support@citystorevintage.com with your order number. We will provide specific return instructions and the return address.

  • In-Store: You are welcome to return your item directly to our shop at Boulevard Anspach 103, 1000 Bruxelles during our regular business hours.

4. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking

  • Customer Remorse/Fit: For standard returns (change of mind or size issues), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If an item is significantly different from the description or arrives damaged, City Store Vintage will cover the return shipping costs. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

We aim to make the refund process as fast and transparent as possible.

  • Inspection: Once your return arrives at our Brussels boutique, it will be inspected by our team within 2 business days.

  • Approval: Upon approval, your refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.

  • Final Timeline: You will receive your funds back in your account within 7 business days from the day we receive your returned item.

6. Independent Reseller Disclaimer

City Store Vintage is an independent reseller of authentic second-hand clothing. We are not an authorized dealer, nor are we affiliated with, authorized by, or officially connected with the brands we sell. All brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners.
