1. General Information
Where is City Store Vintage located? Our physical boutique is located in the heart of Brussels at Boulevard Anspach 103, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium. We have two floors of curated vintage for you to explore!
Are your items authentic? Yes. We specialize in authentic 80s, 90s, and Y2K vintage. Every piece is hand-selected and inspected by our experts to ensure it is a genuine vintage garment.
What condition are the clothes in? All our items are sold in “Used/Vintage” condition. While we only select high-quality pieces, minor signs of wear are part of the vintage character. Any significant flaws are always documented in the product photos and description.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship outside of Belgium? Currently, we ship exclusively within Belgium. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How much does shipping cost? We offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders within Belgium. There are no hidden delivery fees.
How long will it take to receive my order? * Handling Time: 0–1 Business Day.
Transit Time: 2–3 Business Days.
Total Estimate: You can expect your order within 2–4 business days.
What is the order cut-off time? Our daily cut-off time is 5:30 PM (CET). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
3. Payments
Which payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, including:
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and Discover.
We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Belgium.
Is it safe to shop on your website? Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your data. All online payments are handled by Stripe, a secure and PCI-compliant payment provider. We never store your credit card details.
4. Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit? Yes. In accordance with EU law, we offer a 14-day return window. The item must be returned in its original “as-sold” condition with all City Store Vintage tags attached.
How do I start a return? Please email us at support@citystorevintage.com with your order number, or visit our Brussels boutique to return the item in person.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Sizing & Care
How do I know if an item will fit? Vintage sizes often differ from modern sizing. We provide specific measurements for our garments in the product descriptions. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item you already own.
How should I wash my vintage items? To preserve the life of vintage fabrics, we recommend hand-washing or using a delicate cold cycle and air-drying.
