At City Store Vintage, we want you to be thrilled with your unique find. Because we specialize in authentic vintage from the 80s and 90s, we understand that fit and character are essential. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we are here to support you.
1. Your Right to Return (14-Day Window)
In accordance with Belgian and EU Consumer Law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period.
2. Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original "as-sold" condition:
*Note: Documented vintage character or minor wear are natural characteristics of vintage fashion and are not considered defects.

Customer Remorse: For standard returns (change of mind or size), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective Items: If an item arrives significantly damaged or incorrect, City Store Vintage covers return shipping costs. Please notify us within 48 hours.
Restocking Fees: We do NOT charge any restocking fees.
