3. Order Processing & Delivery Times
Our timelines are based on Brussels Time (CET). While our boutique is open 7 days a week, our shipping partners operate on business days.
4. Tracking & Carriers
Trusted Partners: We ship using bpost or DHL Parcel Belgium.
Order Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to follow your package’s journey from our store to your door.
5. Cancellations & Delivery Issues
Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing our support team.
Damaged or Lost Items: Because we sell unique vintage pieces, we take extra care in packaging. If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
