Shipping Policy: City Store Vintage

This policy outlines how and when your order from City Store Vintage will be processed, shipped, and delivered. We work hard to ensure that your unique vintage clothing items are packed securely and arrive promptly.

Processing Time

The processing time refers to the internal handling of your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed, packed, and quality-checked within [1–3 business days] of receiving full payment.

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Belgium.

  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 15:00 CET will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods, Costs, and Estimated Delivery

We ship all orders from our physical location in Brussels, Belgium. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and the delivery destination.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the email.

Taxes, Customs, and Duties

City Store Vintage is based in Belgium, and we are not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied to your order upon arrival in your country.

  • Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for any and all customs and import fees imposed by their country’s customs authority.

  • Declaring Value: We are required by law to declare the accurate value of the vintage items being shipped.

Lost, Damaged, or Undeliverable Packages

We take great care in packaging our unique items, but once the package leaves our store, we have limited control.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@citystorevintage.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage to the item and the packaging.

  • Lost Packages: If a tracked package has not arrived after the estimated delivery time has passed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If they cannot resolve the issue, contact us at support@citystorevintage.com.

  • Undeliverable/Returned: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer failed to pick it up from the post office, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
