1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within Belgium.

International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Dispatch Location: All orders are hand-packed and dispatched directly from our physical store: City Store Vintage, Boulevard Anspach 103, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium.
2. Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping: We offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders within Belgium, with no minimum purchase required.

No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price. All prices include VAT (BE 0899.448.039), and we do not charge additional handling or processing fees.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Times
Our timelines are based on Central European Time (CET). While our boutique is open 7 days a week for in-store shopping, our shipping partners (bpost and DHL) operate on a business day schedule.

Order Cut-off Time: 5:30 PM (CET). Orders placed after 5:30 PM will be processed the following business day.

Handling Time: 0–1 Business Day (Moday–Sunday). Orders are typically packed and ready for the carrier within 24 hours.

Transit Time: 2–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

Total Delivery Estimate: 2–4 Business Days from the time of purchase.
4. Tracking & Carriers

Trusted Partners: We ship using bpost or DHL Parcel Belgium.

Order Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to follow your package’s journey from our store to your door.
5. Cancellations & Delivery Issues

Damaged or Lost Items: Because we sell unique vintage pieces, we take extra care in packaging. If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
